Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All plans — Starter ($297/mo), Growth ($497/mo), Scale ($997/mo), and custom retainers ($1,500+/mo) — are recurring monthly subscriptions.
• Your first payment is charged immediately at signup. There is no free trial.
• Your subscription automatically renews on the same date each month until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; Goliath Marketing LLC is the merchant of record.

All charges already made are non-refundable. Setup, onboarding, number provisioning, AI agent configuration, automation builds, and website work begin immediately upon payment, and the resources committed to your account cannot be recovered.

This includes, without limitation: the initial month's payment, any renewal payment, partial months, unused service time, and periods in which you chose not to use the system.

• You may cancel at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee.
• Cancellation stops all future monthly charges.
• Your plan remains active through the end of the current paid month; service ends at that renewal date.
• There are no partial or pro-rated refunds for the current month.
• Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to ensure the next charge does not process.

Custom projects, enterprise builds, and retainer engagements are governed by the individual agreement or statement of work signed for that engagement. Where that agreement conflicts with this policy, the signed agreement controls. Deposits and milestone payments on custom work are non-refundable once work has begun.

You agree to contact us first to resolve any billing question or concern before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most billing issues are resolved within one business day.

Filing a chargeback for services rendered constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in immediate suspension or termination of service, forfeiture of access to hosted systems, agents, phone numbers, and websites, and recovery of the disputed amount plus dispute fees, collection costs, and reasonable attorney's fees.

If a payment fails, we will attempt to recharge the card and notify you. Service may be paused until payment is resolved. Accounts unpaid for more than 14 days may be terminated and their configurations removed.

• Or cancel directly from your account dashboard, if enabled for your plan.
• We confirm every cancellation by email — keep that confirmation as your record.
